Time Kala is synonym of nature.

Even material world is eternal, it comes and goes, comes and goes.

Cloud of mahat-tattva is made of modes of nature. these clouds will over a part of spiritual sky.

Kala is not part of mahat tattva and it is a seperate energy of the lord. It is the one that moves matter.



I am spirit soul, how am i moving my hand which is material? it is being delivered by Kala.

Lord does not enjoy our body like we enjoy. He enjoys, when we enjoy our body falsely as master of body. We cannot understand his enjoyment.

Every body is looking for power, enjoyment.

Energy and power is very real in this material world. All shakti power comes from shaktimaan.

Without power none of the desires can be achieved. Every body is sanctioned certain frozen power when created and kala will unwind it for you.

We falsely thinks that we are the owner of this power.

Devotee won't hanker for power. He don't have agenda for maya person. He is only having agenda for soul person.

To fulfill the agenda of Krishna, Krishna will give the power.

Due to sinful activities there is lack of power. Kala is acting on us.

Big scientist say in future they will be able to control Kala. He will be given chance in million of lives and trillion of years, after that he will become a banyan tree.

Everybody will grow against his desire. This is another force acting.

Kala-sarpa is like a cobra. But cobra can be charmed by snake charmer.

Kala affects material energy and delivers it to the soul.

Parmatma can interfere into kala, but only in the case of devotees. He will change his bad karma to good. Only for exceptional things, Kala consults Supersoul, it is otherwise programmed. The proof is that when we come to Krishna Consciousness means somewhere karma is changed.

In Mahabharat also he keeps Kala to act now and then. But to protect his devotees, he will put his hand now and then.

Krishna keeps the karma of devotee whatever is required.

He gives intelligence to devotee to overcome the kala. He will not remove obstacles, he will stand as our friend to Overcome obstacles. Thus we will develop friendship with him.

He gives intelligence to overcome in day to day life of devotees(Buddhi yogam).

Our eyes are diseased with cataract and we cannot see the lord. We have to invoke the dormant love of lord. This is treatment.

If there is no love in supreme then there cannot be a reflection in spiritual world.

Love in spiritual world becomes lust in material world. Otherwise why man and woman who love so much, suddenly got separated on slight disagreement?

After severe austerities, Krishna agrees to become son of mother Yashoda and Nanda maharaja. Anyone can have Krishna as their paramour.

If you have asuric sampada then you are entangled. If you acquire daivi sampada then you will become liberated

Demons don't know what to do or what not to do. Asuras don't take lessons from their superiors. Asatyam - no cause of material manifestation.

God is omnipotent, he gives birth to lord Brahma from his abdomen, without a wife.

Devotees are akama they don't demand anything from Krishna. Unless we engage in unadulterated devotional service we cannot see Krishna.

Although he has material energies,spiritual energies, he is still  a person. The fate of living entity is based on what they like. This is because of misuse of free will. If we dont listen to him or his bonafide acharya and autority, then we have to enjoy or suffer accordingly.

If we rebel we have to suffer the consequences.

Indirectly controlling by laws of nature, indirectly by acting from inside as supersoul(sanctioning).

Be proactive and take responsibility.

Maare Krishna rakhe ke.
Rakhe Krishna maare ke.

Everything sanctioned by Krishna good or bad.

In human form of life we can understand who is the lawmaker.

Government will not punish us if we are law abiding citizen.

Forced under stringent laws of nature.

When we are devotees then we may still act rebellious. But we know the the laws of nature etc. Bad things may still happen to us.

Verse after verse lord is merciful begging us to understand our suffering, to surrender and go back to him. He will take care of us.

Karishye vachanam tava.

sense of independent enjoyer.  Modes are overpowering us.
Cut by sword of chanting of the holy names.

One should not remain alone without remembering Krishna.This is the goal.

smrtya: rememberance of the lord can be continued if we hear about him constantly.

Even a shudra can become perfect, if he performs the shudra works and duties perfectly, then he will be as good as brahmana. Legs are as important as head.

aksha-senses, ja-known through
adhokshaja is beyond our sense perception. 3 modes of nature are covering our vision.

first barrier-our senses, second is curtain of yogmaya.

avyaktam vyaktim appannam. Krishna is coming from something impersonal is abuddhaya-less intelligent.

Material world comes from brahmajyoti. And this brahmajyoti also has a source Krishna.

Krishna only will reveal himself.

To see sun planet, the shine of sun planet is impediment(brahmajyoti). Clouds also are covering our vision.It does not cover sun planet.

Krishna reveals only to those who are surrendered as his devotees.

Wait for the mercy of lord. You are servant, don't demand that now I am a pure devotee, you reveal yourself to me.It is not a mechanical process.

Sevonmukhe hi jihvadau. Start devotional service from tongue, then wait for Krishna to reveal himself.

Su-alakshita gatihih. He is directly controlling us still we cannot see him.He employs his inferior energy to control us.

mam eva ye prapadyante, mayam etam taranti te.

Our position is to be always under the shelter of Supreme Lord. Either accept the control of superior energy or be forced to controlled by material energy.

Knowledge of Krishna is given by Krishna.

Devotional service is the only way to understand Krishna.

The limit of knowledge is Brahman and brahmajyoti, so devotees are not very interested in knowledge.

With the vision of love in attitude of pure devotional service.

Material qualities are representation of spiritual qualities.

Lord cannot be affected with these material qualities.

Knowledge-satoguna, activities Rajoguna, matter-Tamoguna

Mistake-we see matter as vastu -substance. we see different people as different. Spiritual world also different people are different.

Everything in spiritual world is an identity. Everything in material world is dead.

Soul cannot be destroyed, nor his tendency of enjoyment can be killed.

Rajoguna we will develop formulas. A+B=Ananda all this is mapped in the chitta. Mapping and equating for pleasure.

This world is the prison house. in prison house also their is staying, promotion and demotion.

We engage in practical devotional service to give pleasure to Krishna.

Satguna: persons follows vedic principles and live life. They will hanker for liberation. He is not after power and money.

Rajogana: He is after temporary happiness- power and money. WIIIFM rule in it.

Tamoguna: Result may come may not come.

Most basic tamoguna is: This world is real. Every body is under it.

Your viewpoint of this material world depends on the mixing of gunas.

The man in satoguna knows the purpose. He believes that action is meant for liberation.

Rajoguna person thinks that action is meant for sense gratification.

Tamoguna: He dont have these two ideas. He doesn't see relative connections. He does not know anything. He is completely under sense perception. He becomes lazy inactive and depressed.

Sense gratification ends up very painful and frustrated.

Conditioned souls are rebellious. We have to try ways and means to teach the person. we have to maintain this spirit. One cannot teach  Krishna Consciousness without Krishna Shakti. Prasadam is the first way.

If you cannot percieve anything, accept the authority.

1. How life came into existance and
2. How this planetary system came.

Translation:
The Supreme Lord is pure spiritual form, transcendental to all material qualities, yet for the sake of the creation of the material world and its maintenance and annihilation, He accepts through His external energy the material modes of nature called goodness, passion and ignorance.

Every body is affected by three modes of nature, which are qualities energy of the lord.

We are knower who is knowing the field of energy and he sees and gets entangled. But lord does not get entangled.

There is a substance and there is a quality. ex. fire and light.

Material energy does not have variety or intelligence, but it is real energy of the lord. Just like watching permutation and combination of different colours of lights.

Accepts the material qualities To duplicate the spiritual qualities (perverted version) for Jivas.

Soul has gyanendriya and karmendriya. They will be situated in mixture of the gunas(contaminated state)

There is no substance but only Qualities exists in material nature.

Pradhana

Material energy will have an effect. effect has definite beginning and end (temporary). Gunas are not substance but the effects.  Substance is eternal. effects are changing.

• Body is flux of atom and always changing is sattva guna.
• To know soul is transcendental to material gunas is Shuddha sattva.
• Considering this world and body as real and permanent is tamoguna.
• To try to control the energy is Rajoguna.

Three modes of material nature does not affect pure devotee. They know that it is play of nature.

Self centered activity is Rajoguna. Activity itself is not rajoguna.

What contradicts three gunas is trancedental knowledge.

He will live feel and see the material energy but he will not get affected by them. Here body is different and hand is diffrent. In spiritual world, body and hands are all conscious of themsleves.

Q. How the material energy Kshetra and spirit soul Kshetragya relate to. or how spirit soul accepts the modes of nature-the technique behind it?
A. Link is the supersoul. He translates the matter to Gunas for Jiva. Thus he enables Jiva to read life elements

Krishna is God, this Conviction is there in field. Not in the soul initially.When body is purified, conviction vibrates and nishtha comes and in this way soul is convinced.

Wood is substance and its effects are quality is wrong conception. Wood is in itself a quality. Substance should last eternally. Considering body is substance is bondage and considering it a quality is liberation. Vasudeva sarvam iti. Every thing is Vasudev and his energies.

Mayavadis says everything is illusion, but the Vaishnavas says that every thing is real energy of the lord.


Idea of "material substance" as a substance itself is an effect.

God is a person. Brahmeti Parmatmeti Bhagwan iti shabdyate

Bhagwan means 6 opulences. Krishna is full in:

2. Fame
3. Knowledge
4. Opulence
5. Beauty
6. Renounce

I am not this body I am spirit soul

I keep my individuality and Krishna keeps his individuality, we dont merge into krishna

Our plans are different when we are in Maya. But under Krishna, our plans are directed towards Krishna. But still we remains the same and our individuality is not lost.

Ekale Ishvara Krishna - There should be one Ishvara - Krishna. Also there should be one Acharya for the society.

nitya is singular-Krishna and nityanam is plural-us the living entities
He is supplying all the necessities of life. Eko yo Bahunam vidadhati Kaman

Ex: Big factory-Goodyear Tire factory. But without petrol no tire will move.

Nature is not supplying but nature is an agent of supply. Nature is dependent. Although nature has power Srshti Sthiti Pralaya Sadhana Shaktireka.

Pashandi - anyone who puts the competition to Krishna is a Pashandi. Also the one who says that demigods and Krishna worship is same.

When I am the father of the child, I become, the best servent of the child. The best servent of God is to become his father and mother

Mayavadi philosphy is to become one with Krishna.

Vaishnava philosphy is to serve Krishna by becoming parents of KRISHNA. Parents or radharani can chastise him.

Even very regulated people(Sat Guna) are illusioned. Even though they talk on big big topics, they are talking nonsense. This can be compared to children play of making house of Sands.

Joke for Krishna: If you want to make Krishna laugh, tell him your plans. I want to do MBA, then good job, marriage and two children, he will say "Achha Beta"...

We are creating mess under the influence of Maya and struggling to clear it.

This is due to false sense lording over material nature

Sometimes one mode is prominent sometimes other. Modes have a competition among each other.

Modes can be compared to magnetic or electrical field. these fields can influence a magnetic needle. similarly we also get influenced by the places we go(Association). Thats why people go to gardens and all.

Any thing coming to us or affecting any of our senses are information. We have very limited control on external conditions.

Where Krishna is there Maya has no adhikara. Thats why we should go to Temple to get influenced by the place. Here Krishna's glorification is happening by Arti, kirtan etc.

Rajsic food - Rajoguna. rajoguna - Rajsic food. vice-versa. Our diet will decide our mode. Vice-versa is also true.

In ignorance, we create problem for us. Our original nature, however, is eternally blissfull.

What is our primary goal, we should be always aware.
"When everything is done properly, then we will do devotional activities" is the wrong decision and a bad choice.

If we have dificulties, but we are in Krishna consciousness, then we will be happy.

When living entity enjoys independent of Krishna, then Maya "Jhapatiya dhare" Grabs the living entity.

Even if we brake rules grossly or subtly, maya grabs.

Yes to Krishna, no to Maya is the ultimate result and achievement

What decides that which modes will influence me - is my own choice.



Q.    What is the highest achievement according to today's purport.
Ans. We are in the conditioned state and when we get freed from these states is the highest achievement.
